Choose a design, pick a size and type your pet's name on the product page. We hand-set the name in rhinestones in our Toronto studio, exactly as you type it, so please double-check the spelling. Any name, any length.

Yes. The name is optional. Leave the name field blank and your bandana ships without one.

Add any three bandanas to your cart and the third one is free. Mix any designs and sizes. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.

Yes. When you choose more than one on the product page, you can enter a different name for each bandana, or leave any of them blank.

Our size guide matches every size to your dog's weight. Find your dog's weight there, then choose that size on the product page. Each product page also lists the weight range for every size it comes in. If your dog is between sizes, size up.

Measure around your dog's neck where the collar sits with a soft tape measure, or with a piece of string and a ruler. Our handmade bandanas fit necks up to 13 inches (S), 17 inches (M) and 22 inches (L), so you can double-check the size you chose by weight.

Order by 12pm ET (Eastern Time, Toronto) on a weekday and it ships the same day. Orders placed after 12pm ET or on a weekend ship the next weekday.

Every order ships from Ontario with Canada Post Xpresspost and tracking. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days between major Canadian cities and 2 to 3 business days to major US cities. Rural and remote addresses can take a few days longer.

Yes. Orders of $50 CAD or more ship free anywhere in Canada. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Yes, with Canada Post Xpresspost USA. Orders ship from Canada, so any duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged on delivery are the customer's responsibility. See our shipping policy for details.

Bow ties, hair clips and bandanas ordered without a name can be returned within 30 days of delivery, including sale items. Items must be unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. Email info@petglamr.com with your order number to start a return. Read the full refund policy.

Bandanas personalized with your pet's name are made to order, so they're final sale. If anything arrives damaged, defective or with a name that doesn't match your order, email us a photo right away and we'll make it right.

Our bandanas, bows and clips are handmade in our Toronto studio, with every rhinestone set by hand.
