Every PetGlamr order ships from our studio in Ontario, Canada with Canada Post Xpresspost, one of Canada Post’s fastest services.

Where we ship

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Free shipping in Canada

Orders of $50 CAD or more ship free anywhere in Canada. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

When your order ships

Order by 12pm ET (Toronto time) on weekdays and it ships the same day. Orders placed after 12pm ET or on a weekend ship the next weekday.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Rates are calculated live by Canada Post at checkout, based on your address and the size and weight of your order. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Rural and remote addresses can take a few days longer. The estimated delivery date for your address is shown at checkout, and Canada Post delivery times may vary, especially during holidays.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. When your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Duties and taxes for US orders

Orders to the United States ship from Canada. Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by your local authorities on delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Personalized bandanas

Please double-check your pet’s name before you order. We hand-set it in rhinestones exactly as you type it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel hasn’t arrived when expected, email info@petglamr.com with your order number and we’ll follow up with Canada Post for you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we’ll update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
